CONTEMPORARY JKD
The Stand-Up Guys Fighting Method is our Contemporary JKD & FMA program we use the original Inosanto Kali Academy "Phase Method" to teach Contemporary JKD & FMA, Inosanto-LaCoste Kali, Madjapahit Silat, Panantukan, Catch Wrestling, Muay Thai, Savate and Jun Fan Gung Fu. We teach Reality-Based Jeet Kune Do Martial Arts classes classes including our Escape to Gain Safety - Self Defense for Women and Children, Military Edged Weapons and Rapid Assault Tactics geared towards Civilian, Executive, Security and Military professionals.

Israeli Krav Maga
ISRAELI KRAV MAGA
First to Fight Israeli Krav Maga is our Israeli Krav Maga Self-Defense program for Civilian, Police, Military, VIP Protection, Security Organizations and other various Protection Programs. We teach authentic “Israeli” Krav Maga as taught in Israel at the Wingate Institute under Krav Maga Expert Alain Cohen. This is a Reality Based Self-Defense system. This includes our Self-Defense, as well as Gun Defense, Knife Defense, and Active Shooter Defense programs. “Krav Maga is a training method” that compromises a Self-Defense System this emphasizes a Simple and Direct approach to Personal Protection that relies on and improves your bodies Natural Responses to a Violent Confrontation. We also include programs that include Active Shooter Defense and Self-Defense in various environments.

Madjapahit Silat
MADJAPAHIT SILAT
Kali-Silat Motion is our Eastern Asian (the Filipino and India based) Martial Arts program that includes influences Inosanto-LaCoste Kali-Silat, Madjapahit Silat, Harimau Silat, Mande Muda Silat, Maphilindo Martial Arts, KunTao Silat, Pekit Tirsia Kali, Regino Ilustrisimo, Kali-KunTao Silat, Silat For The Street, and Panantukan Filipino Dirty Boxing, to teach us weapons based combat and defense that relies heavily on Stick and Knife combat as foundation but does move into empty hand standing and grappling with weapons in contested and non-contested skills development training. This is a self defense oriented combat approach that starts off training with weapons: sticks and knives and then moves into empty hand and Dumog, stick sparring and stick grappling.

PANANTUKAN DIRTY BOXING
We provide training in Panantukan "Filipino Dirty Boxing," Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jun Fan Kickboxing and Savate "French Kickboxing."

INTEGRATED GROUND FIGHTING SYSTEM
Founded by the late Sifu Larry Hartsell, an original student of Bruce Lee, Integrated Ground Fighting Systems is a hybrid system containing elements of several grappling arts combining techniques in our Integrated Grappling (wrestling range, the Grappling range in Jeet Kune Do) System that consists of sensitivity in flowing with positioning, escapes, take-downs, throws, lockups and ground fighting from systems such as Jeet Kune Do, Judo, Russian Sambo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling, Japanese Shooto, Filipino Dumog, Indonesian Silat and Catch as Catch Can Wrestling. Sifu Jeramiah Giehl is a Black Belt in Shorinji Ryu JuJitsu / Combat Jiu-Jitsu and holds a Associate Level Instructor ranking through the Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do Grappling Association (Instructors Association) under Sifu John Doty (an original student of Sifu Larry Hartsell).
